Carhartt: If for any reason at all you’re unhappy with your product, you can return it. All unused, undamaged merchandise in new condition (including tags) and original packaging may be returned within 120 days from the delivery date. We’ll credit your refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Fire Boots: In compliance with the requirements for selection, care, and maintenance of protective ensemble and elements within NFPA 1891, 2022 Edition, Black Diamond fire boots have a shelf life of five (5) years from the month and year of manufacturing. Black Diamond warranties the quality and workmanship of our boots and will replace all boots that fail due to workmanship of the boots for three (3) years from the month and year of manufacturing and are no more than five (5) years from the month and year of manufacturing. To qualify for the warranty, all issues must be channeled through the dealer where the boots were originally purchased at retail. Returns will NOT be accepted from consumers. Upon notification by the dealer, we will schedule the return of the boots in question for inspection to determine the cause for defect.


All claims will be inspected on an individual basis and handled in a timely fashion. The Dealer must notify Black Diamond of the defect and request a return authorization number. If Black Diamond determines the claim is valid, due to inferior quality, workmanship and/or material failure under normal wear and tear, the dealer will be notified. A credit or replacement authorization can only be given by Black Diamond management. Authorizations are NOT to be accepted or guaranteed by sales representatives.


Black Diamond uses a FIFO (first in, first out) inventory method to deliver product in a methodical and timely manner to authorized dealers and customers. Black Diamond will not manually pick or sort product specific to manufacturing date, in order to streamline operations and enhance quality control.

Battle OPS Footwear:   120-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship, during normal use. The warranty does not cover damage due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts, and abrasions from outside causes, misuse and/or abuse by the wearer. The warranty may also be void if the user applies any materials not recommended for footwear, such as polishes, creams, oils or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear.

Products sold at a discount of 30% or greater are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
